Easy Returns!

We offer a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please send it back to our distribution center within 30 days of the delivery date with a completed return  authorization form, to request your authorization form please email me us at support@briovaone.com. Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return authorization so we can ensure your credit is accurate. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all  product tags attached.
Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt, If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at support@briovaone.com so we can process an exchange. All returns must be in original condition.

Briova One guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from www.briovaone.com. 

Exchanges: If your items do not fit and you need to exchange them, you will get back the full 100% the amount you paid, excluding shipping, in the form of a Briova One store credit. Also note that if you originally paid with store credits, your refund will be in the form of store credits no matter the reason for the return.

Our customer service department is open Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM (Eastern Time Zone) Please give us as much information as possible regarding your order so that we can direct you to the right department.

  • The Briova One Team must authorize all returns via the Support Center at support@briovaone.com
  • Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Prior to processing refund or exchanges, customers are required to send pictures of defects, Measurements, Size, Color, etc... And without a pictures we cannot process request.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or return back to sender as doing this will cause the items to get lost always request a return authorization and return address will be provided.
    • returns are made excluding shipping and handling and a fifteen percent restocking fee if the customer just wants a refund.
    • To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and product tags attached.

    Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping HERE). You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. We are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages without proof of receipt and delivery, Briova One  will not issue return credit. 

    Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Briova One  does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee of twenty percent will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address

    >Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

    Briova One reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

    • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
    • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
    • Once the items have been used whether they are damage or not we can no longer offer you a refund and their will be subject to a a zero or up to fifty percent returned used or damaged fee. 

    Similarly, Briova One reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. 

    Non-Briova One items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.


    Briova One will not be held liable for any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

    Briova One will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered.

    Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, relabel, and reship them however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost.
    Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order total...so please be careful on the information that you provide. If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake if you decide to refuse a package or no longer want the order there is a twenty five percent restocking fee 


    We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. Our automated system sends the orders to the manufacture right away. You can amend or cancel your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.

    Damaged Items

    Customers are required to send pictures of defects, Measurements, Size, Color, etc. Without a pictures we cannot process your request, please email us at support@briovaone.com

    Return by Mail

    Please print and fill out our return slip authorization, please email us at support@briovaone.com to request your return slip authorization, please include your original packing slip with the item(s) being returned. Kindly note that without including your order number on the returns slip or with your returned item(s) there may be a delay in processing your return.

    Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. 


    Store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Briova One does not credit original shipping charges.
